you can be scammed if you choose the wrong person, it's a bit risky but instead get a new steam account activate the key via vpn and connect the new account your regular accout through family sharing.

@rashidtaha- this is corect, in those countries you cannot activate the key, your best bet is a country from european union https://european-union.europa.eu/principles-countries-history/eu-countries_en
